The care plan costs $47 / month. If the small tasks require more time than 15 minutes then I will make sure I am in touch and let you know before you are charged anything else. 

Since the nature of the products are digital, there is no refund but we are happy to answer any questions. Also it’s a monthly subscription you are welcome to cancel at any time.

Cancellation NOTE: All memberships allow you to cancel at anytime. Due to the complexity of the Care Plans, we ask for at least a 6 month commitment. If a Care Plan is cancelled before the 6 months, an early cancellation fee will be charged.

This is a monthly subscription, so as long as you are a member you will have access to all your resources.

Any custom site videos that are created are downloadable, so you have lifetime access.

A small task is a task that I can accomplish in 15 minutes. This can include a lot of various things. In the past I have created custom tutorials, fixed design issues, updated content or navigation, solved plugin conflicts, just about anything can be requested. If the task will take longer than 15 minutes, I will let you know and you can purchase an Ask Cousett package at a discount. The small tasks cannot be combined (i.e. you can't have one task that is 45 minutes) and they do not roll over month to month.
